TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR JOB APPLICANTS
Netzdo
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By submitting a job application to Netzdo, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Submission of an application does not guarantee employment, immediate assignment, or the availability of projects.
2. Accuracy of Information Provided
The applicant declares that all information provided in the application, supporting documents, interviews, or other communications is true, complete, and verifiable.
Netzdo reserves the right to disqualify the application or terminate employment if any information is found to be false, omitted, or altered.
3. Authorization for Background Verification
The applicant authorizes the Company to conduct legally permitted background checks, including but not limited to:

Identity verification and authorization to work in the United States (Form I-9)

Employment history and professional references
-
Certifications, licenses, or training required by the client
-
Criminal background checks, where permitted by law
-
Previous employment performance and compliance history
The applicant understands that certain positions are contingent upon successful completion of these verifications.
4. Consent to Communications
The applicant authorizes Netzdo to contact them via phone calls, SMS messages, WhatsApp, email, or employment platforms for the purpose of sending notifications, confirmations, requirements, job opportunities, scheduling information, or work-related instructions.
5. No Guarantee of Employment or Work Hours
The applicant acknowledges that:

Employment is not guaranteed.

A minimum number of work hours is not guaranteed.

Project assignments depend on client demand and availability.
-
Clients may cancel or modify assignments without prior notice.
-
The Company may suspend, modify, or cancel recruitment processes at any time.
6. At-Will Employment
Employment with Netzdo is at-will, meaning that either the employee or the Company may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, subject to applicable federal and state laws.
7. Use and Protection of Personal Information
The Company may use the applicant's personal information for the following purposes:

Internal recruitment processes

Submission of the applicant's profile to clients for evaluation

Compliance with employment and tax regulations
-
Registration, management, and assignment to projects
Netzdo will protect personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
The applicant authorizes the Company to share their name, work experience, skills, and certifications with clients for employment consideration.
8. Availability, Job Requirements, and Project Assignments
The applicant understands that certain positions may require:

Immediate availability or flexible scheduling

Night, rotating, or emergency shifts
-
Physical labor and the operation of machinery or tools
-
Travel to different job sites
-
Mandatory training (virtual or in-person)
-
Submission of additional documentation
Project assignments are not guaranteed and depend on client requirements.
9. Compliance with Policies, Conduct, and Professionalism
All applicants and employees are expected to comply with:

OSHA safety policies and procedures
-
Company and client workplace policies
-
Professional code of conduct
-
Timely attendance at interviews, orientations, meetings, and work assignments
-
Respectful behavior toward supervisors, coworkers, and clients
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Offensive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
-
Violating safety regulations or reporting to work under the influence of drugs or alcohol
-
Falsifying time records or manipulating employment information
-
Leaving the worksite without authorization or notification
Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification, termination, or removal from an assignment.
10. No-Show and Cancellation Policy
The applicant understands that:

Failing to attend interviews, orientations, or work assignments ("no-show") without prior notice may result in temporary or permanent disqualification.

At least 24 hours' notice is required if the applicant cannot attend a scheduled interview or assignment.
-
Leaving a worksite without authorization may result in immediate termination.
-
Clients may request the removal of an employee or applicant at any time due to attendance or conduct issues.
11. Safety, PPE, and OSHA Policy
The applicant and future employee agrees to:

Properly wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
-
Comply with all applicable federal and state OSHA safety regulations.
-
Immediately report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions.
-
Attend all mandatory safety training sessions.
Netzdo shall not be responsible for injuries resulting from negligence, misuse of equipment or tools, or failure by the employee to comply with safety regulations.
12. Alcohol, Drug, and Controlled Substance Policy
Reporting to any worksite under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances is strictly prohibited.
The Company or the client may require drug or alcohol testing when permitted by law and required by project policies.
Failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the assignment and may result in permanent disqualification from future employment opportunities.
13. Timekeeping, Hour Approval, and Payroll Policy
The applicant understands that:

All hours worked must be accurately recorded and approved by the client.

The Company will process payment only for verified and approved hours worked.
-
No minimum number of weekly work hours is guaranteed.
-
Any discrepancy regarding hours worked must be reported immediately.
-
Falsifying time records or reporting hours not actually worked is strictly prohibited.
14. Limitation of Liability
Netzdo shall not be liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to the applicant's or employee's personal belongings
-
Assignment interruptions resulting from client decisions
-
Project cancellations, schedule changes, or modifications
-
Damages resulting from negligent or inappropriate acts by the applicant or employee
The Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable federal and state law.
15. Confidentiality
The applicant agrees not to disclose any confidential information belonging to the Company or its clients, including but not limited to pricing, business processes, data, projects, trade information, or any internal information obtained during the application process or employment.
16. Termination of the Hiring Process or Employment
Netzdo may terminate the recruitment process or the employment relationship if:

The applicant fails to meet the position requirements.

Required documentation is not provided.
-
False information or fraudulent activity is discovered.
-
The applicant or employee engages in inappropriate conduct.
-
Safety policies, attendance requirements, or professional standards are violated.
-
A client requests the applicant's or employee's removal from a project.
17. Modification of These Terms
Netzdo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect shall be the version published on the application platform or application form at the time the applicant submits their registration.
